By accessing or using my website, coaching services, and related materials, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before purchasing or using any services.

About My Services
I, Jula Buchwitz (doing business as "The Anxious To Secure Coach"), provide coaching services, online courses, and digital materials for personal growth and guidance. These services are not therapy or a substitute for medical or mental health care.

  • Coaching is not for individuals in immediate danger, abuse, or crisis situations. Please contact appropriate support services if this applies.

Confidentiality
While I maintain confidentiality standards, coaching is not legally confidential. De-identified information may be used for training or consultation purposes.

Content Use Policy
All materials are for personal use only. You may not share, distribute, or sell any content without permission.

SERVICE-SPECIFIC TERMS

Important Note:
For 1:1 coaching programs, clients sign a specific coaching agreement. That agreement may override or supplement these general terms. In case of conflict, the signed agreement takes precedence.

1. ONE-ON-ONE COACHING

Client Responsibilities

  • Coaching progress depends on attending sessions AND completing between-session work.

  • Not completing the work may impact results and could be grounds for termination.

Payment & Scheduling

  • Payment is required in advance. Monthly plans are accepted.

  • 48-hour cancellation policy applies.

  • Rescheduling:

    • Programs ≥10 sessions: up to 4 rescheduled sessions

    • Programs <10 sessions: up to 2 rescheduled sessions

  • Cancellations within 48 hours may count as completed sessions, unless due to emergency.

Termination

Client-Initiated:

  • 30-day written notice required.

  • Refund eligibility follows the 30-day guarantee terms, minus any administration fee if stated in the signed coaching agreement.

Coach-Initiated:

  • I may terminate the coaching relationship if Terms or the coaching agreement are violated.

  • Services cease immediately. No further payments are due beyond services already delivered.

  • If termination is addressed in a signed coaching agreement, that agreement takes precedence.

2. TEXT COACHING (VOXER)

Payment & Terms

  • Subscription-based.

  • Cancel via email (coaching@julanoelle.com) at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle.

  • Subscription remains active until the end of the current period.

  • No refunds for partial billing periods.

  • Value Guarantee applies (see below).

3. ONLINE COURSES & DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Refund & Guarantee Policy

  • Go through the material and genuinely apply the tools.

  • If the program does not meet your needs, email within 30 days for a refund.

  • Online course access will be revoked upon refund approval.

Digital Downloads (PDFs, worksheets, bundles, videos)

  • Due to instant access, digital downloads cannot be returned.

  • By requesting a refund, you agree to cease using all downloaded materials.

  • Sharing, forwarding, or distributing content to others is strictly prohibited.

EU Compliance Clause

  • By purchasing digital products, you consent to immediate access and acknowledge you waive your 14-day statutory withdrawal right where applicable under EU law.

  • This ensures your refund rights are governed by the 30-day “Do The Work” guarantee.

AGE REQUIREMENTS & DIGITAL PRODUCT CONSENT

Age Requirement:

  • By purchasing any digital products (PDFs, worksheets, video courses, or bundles), you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

  • For 1:1 coaching programs, you must be 21 years of age or older.

Digital Product Access & EU Compliance:

  • By purchasing digital products, you consent to immediate access to the content and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, where applicable.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content remains the property of The Anxious To Secure Coach.

  • Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

  • Copying, redistributing, selling, or creating derivative works is prohibited.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Payments are due as agreed (full or installment).

  • Late payments (>7 days overdue) may incur a 5% late fee.

  • Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services without refund.

6. LEGAL MATTERS

Liability

  • I am not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

Severability

  • If any part is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains binding.

Waiver

  • Failure to enforce a provision does not waive future rights to enforce it.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • I comply with GDPR and other data protection laws. See my separate Privacy Policy.

Newsletter Subscription

  • By subscribing, you agree to receive emails. You may unsubscribe anytime.

Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

7. ADDITIONAL TERMS

Recording of Sessions

  • Sessions may be recorded for quality, training, or reference.

  • De-identified recordings may be used in training or consultation.

  • Clients may request that specific sessions not be recorded.

Force Majeure

  • Neither party is liable for failure due to events outside control (natural disasters, pandemics, internet outages, etc.). Reasonable accommodations will be made.

Technology Failures

  • Technical issues on the client’s side may count as completed sessions if I was available at the scheduled time, unless otherwise agreed.

Changes to Terms

  • I may update terms at any time. Notification via email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use indicates acceptance.
