About My Services
I, Jula Buchwitz (doing business as “The Anxious To Secure Coach”), provide coaching services, online courses, and digital educational materials for personal development and relationship support.
These services are not therapy, medical treatment, or mental health care, and are not a substitute for professional healthcare services.

3. CONFIDENTIALITY
Coaching is not legally confidential. However, reasonable professional discretion is maintained.
De-identified information may be used for supervision, training, or content development.
4. SERVICE-SPECIFIC TERMS
4.1 ONE-TO-ONE COACHING (MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION)
Service Structure
1:1 coaching is offered as a monthly subscription.
Depending on the specific coaching package selected, services may include live video calls, text-based coaching, and/or voice message support. The exact structure and delivery format are defined in the individual coaching agreement.
Cancellation
Either the client or the coach may cancel the coaching subscription at any time by email.
Once cancellation is confirmed:
Coaching continues until the end of the current billing period
No further payments will be charged after cancellation
Access to coaching services ends at the conclusion of the paid period
Refunds
No refunds are provided for payments already processed.
Payments cover access to coaching availability, reserved time, and ongoing support during the active billing period.
Communication & Boundaries
Respectful communication is required at all times.
If communication becomes abusive, hostile, harassing, or repeatedly violates professional boundaries, the coach reserves the right to:
Pause or terminate coaching immediately
End sessions early if necessary
Cancel current or future appointments
Limit or discontinue communication via email, messaging, or voice notes
Restrict or revoke access to coaching materials or platforms
Decline further engagement without further obligation
In such cases, the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for payments already processed.
4.2 DIGITAL PRODUCTS & ONLINE COURSES
Included Products
Digital products include, but are not limited to:
Online courses
PDFs and worksheets
Scripts and messaging templates
Challenges and guided programs
Bundles and downloadable materials
Any other instant-access digital content
Access
All digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase to the email address provided at checkout.
If you do not receive your purchase within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder first.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for a response due to time differences and workload. Responses are not monitored on Instagram, and support is not provided via direct messages.
To ensure delivery, please use the same email address used at checkout when contacting support.
1:1 Coaching Access & Onboarding
Access to 1:1 coaching is provided only after confirmation of suitability and onboarding communication between the coach and client.
Clients will receive booking instructions or access to scheduling once coaching has been confirmed as an appropriate fit and the coaching agreement has been established.
Coaching sessions are delivered according to the agreed monthly subscription structure, which may include video calls, text-based coaching, and/or voice message support depending on the selected package.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital, downloadable, and instant-access nature of these products, all sales are final and no refunds are provided.
EU Digital Consent
By purchasing digital products, you acknowledge and agree that:
Access begins immediately after purchase
You expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content
You waive your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law where applicable
5. AGE REQUIREMENTS
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase any digital products or coaching services.
By purchasing, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, including courses, materials, scripts, worksheets, and coaching resources, remains the intellectual property of The Anxious To Secure Coach.
Clients receive a personal, non-transferable license for individual use only.
You may not copy, share, distribute, sell, or reproduce any content without written permission.
7. PAYMENT TERMS
Payments must be completed at checkout or as agreed in subscription terms
Subscription payments are automatically billed until cancellation
Failed or late payments may result in suspension of access
No refunds are provided for completed payments
8. LEGAL MATTERS
Liability
No liability is accepted for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services or digital products.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections remain fully valid.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute, you agree to contact coaching@julanoelle.com first to attempt resolution before taking further action.
9. ADDITIONAL TERMS
Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events outside reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, natural disasters, or emergencies.
Technology Failures
Technical issues on the client’s side do not qualify for refunds or compensation if services were available as scheduled.
Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. Updates will be communicated where required. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
